[What the role is]

You will join a team that focuses on the development of the Singapore arts ecosystem, specifically the Theatre sector. This includes contributing to the formulation of strategies, grants administration, designing and implementing programmes, as well as engage in regular dialogues with theatre practitioners and organisations. Through a range of tools and programmes, including grants, arts spaces and other developmental platforms, NAC supports the performing arts sector to achieve various goals, including developing quality work and programmes that connect with audiences, identifying and engaging new audience segments for the performing arts, and providing opportunities for companies and practitioners to develop new capabilities.

[What you will be working on]
- Assist in the preparation work leading up to the hosting of a key international platform, such as setting up meetings, drafting of contracts, planning and rolling out the marketing and publicity plans, and liasing with vendors, partners and stakeholders.
- Support the Theatre team in other administrative matters.

[What we are looking for]
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Good written and communication skills.
- Able to work independently as well as collaborate with team members and external stakeholders to drive projects.
- Strong time and project management skills.
- Knowledge of the local and international performing arts scene will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of the public sector procurement will be an advantage.
