**About Silverstrand**:
Silverstrand Capital is a Singapore-based single-family office. The family office has an impact investing mandate, which is part of the broader portfolio. Please note that this role is for the broader portfolio, covering non-impact investments.

**Job Summary**:
We are in search of an enthusiastic and organised individual with strong critical thinking skills to join Silverstrand as Financial Analyst. The Analyst will be responsible for providing support to the Senior Director of Investments in a dynamic single-family office. The role will include analysing both fund and direct investments in the private markets across industries including healthcare, technology and industrials.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Investment Analysis: Conduct research on potential investment opportunities and evaluate the performance of current investments to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Financial Planning: Help develop and implement a comprehensive financial plan that aligns with the principal’s long-term goals, financial objectives, and risk tolerance.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyse investment performance on a regular basis, compare results against benchmarks and objectives, and identify trends or changes that require attention.
- Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investment opportunities, including analysing financial statements, assessing management teams, and reviewing legal documentation.
- Reporting and Communication: Provide regular reports on investment performance and other relevant financial information, and communicating to senior investment team.
- Compliance: Ensure portfolio complies with relevant regulatory requirements, including investment reporting and disclosure.

- Authorisation to work in Singapore.
