**Key Responsibilities**:
Fine-tune and optimize generative AI models, including BERT,Mistral LLM, and similar transformer-based models-
Develop and deploy AI solutions using FastAPI to build scalable RESTful APIs-
Design and implement AI agents for a variety of use cases-
Explore and experiment with new AI techniques, particularly in recommender systems -Manage model deployment on Azure, leveraging Azure Machine Learning and related cloud services for efficient scaling-
Analyze large-scale datasets to derive insights and inform decision-making, leveraging Azure Document Intelligence for document processing and data extraction-
Evaluate and optimize model performance, ensuring scalability and efficiency-
Stay current with the latest advancements in AI/ML and integrate them into our solutions-
Collaborate with software developers to integrate AI models into production systems-
Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders**Required Skills & Experience**:
Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field. Master's or PhD preferred-
5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development and deployment-
Proficiency in FastAPI for building high-performance AI-driven REST APIs-
Expertise with transformer models, especially BERT and similar NLP models-
Experience in deploying, managing, and optimizing models in production environments, including Mistral LLM and Azure-based deployments-
Proficiency with NLP libraries such as PyTorch, HuggingFace Transformers, SpaCy, etc-
Familiarity with Azure Document Intelligence for document analysis and automation-
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a track record of delivering AI solutions-
Ability to communicate complex concepts to a diverse audience**Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)**:
Familiarity with MLOps platforms (e.g., Weights & Biases, MLflow, Anyscale, SageMaker)-
Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP
