**Overview:
As a Car Workshop Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the efficient and effective functioning of our automotive workshop. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Workshop Management**:Supervise day-to-day operations of the workshop.
Allocate tasks to technicians and mechanics based on skill levels and workload.
Monitor workflow to ensure timely completion of projects.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workshop area.
- **Appointment Scheduling**:Coordinate with customers to schedule service appointments.
Manage appointment calendar efficiently, optimizing technician availability.
Communicate with customers regarding appointment details and updates.
- **Resource Management**:Order and maintain inventory of workshop supplies and spare parts.
Ensure availability of necessary tools and equipment for technicians.
Monitor usage of resources to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.
- **Quality Assurance**:Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure adherence to standards.
Address any issues or concerns raised by customers regarding service quality.
Implement corrective actions and process improvements as necessary.
- **Customer Relations**:Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints.
Build strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**:Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the workshop.
Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.
Promote a culture of safety awareness among workshop staff.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Possession of a valid driver's license is required.
- Proven experience in automotive body repair and maintenance.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to automotive workshops.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
