**Job duties and responsibilities**:
You will work in an international team, supporting the CEO and the CSO in their professional tasks. Here are some of the things you will be doing:
**Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer / Office Administration**
- Manage office administration support, including third party providers, and logistics of clients/partners visits.
- Provide support, liaison and communicate with investors, shareholders, our legal team and Corporate Secretary.
- Provide HR administrative support which involves supporting recruitment process, assisting with onboarding & offboarding, managing employee insurance, managing HR databases and addressing employee queries.
- Support to check validity of expenses claims format and content.
- Assisting some travel arrangements including booking of airline tickets and accommodation.
**Executive Assistant to Chief Sales Officer / Sales Coordinator**
- Keep customer contacts and sales pipeline reports up to date using customer relationship management (CRM) software, MS Excel and Google sheets.
- Process order forms, prepare quotations and invoices.
- Prepare standard customer and supply contracts, NDA and maintain a contract repository
- Support lead generation and book appointments.
- Build pitches and documents for the sales team.
- Conduct research and analyze data around market benchmarks, sales campaigns and sales metrics.
**Required qualifications**:
**Education**:
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline.
**Experience**:
- Min 2-3 years working experience in the information technology industry.
**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:
- Strong organizational, communication and multitasking skills.
- The ability to adapt to changing priorities and have effective problem solving skills.
- Understanding of the sales process to support the sales team.
- Able to interpret sales data to make suggestions to improve the sales process.
- Experienced working with different teams and departments to streamline onboarding and reporting across order management, supply chain and sales reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Google Sheet.
- Passionate about working with high-quality products.
- A team player who knows how to have fun.
- An eye towards the future of IoT, home security, and home automation.
- Passion for international sales and global account management.
**Reporting Line**:
This position will report to the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Sales Officer.
