Everything we do is to help our clients create impact. We work largely with clients on b2b communications and they include public sector agencies and MNCs. We are currently looking for an Admin Assistant to join the team.

**Responsibilities**:
Provide general administrative and coordination support across different departments
Duties include handling incoming calls, receiving and directing visitors, updating and maintaining documents, handling all delivery orders, upkeep of office space and pantry, maintain booking for meeting room, arranging couriers and maintain office and pantry supplies.
Ensure operation of office equipment and calling for servicing and repairs.
Develop and maintain a pool of third party suppliers.
Liaise with vendors on getting quotes, coordinate production requirements and delivery schedules for projects from print collaterals, digital marketing, event and exhibition build and videos.
Management of scheduling for teams and reporting directly to the director.
Onboarding, orientation and training for new staff.
Any other administrative duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:
Minimum Diploma or equivalent.
Well-organised, meticulous, efficient and able to multi-task.
Minimum 2 years of work experience.
Proactive and able to organise work to meet completion deadlines.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Good with technology.

Diploma/ Advance Diploma

Minimum of 2 year(s) experience needed for this position
