**Working Location : 60 Jln Penjara, Singapore 149375 ( Spa Esprit Group HQ) - Next to Queenstown Public Library**
- Assist in overseeing day-to-day operations in the office.
- Meet and greet visitors professionally.
- Track and monitor office resource needs and other material needs for carrying out administration and operation tasks.
- Manage & maintain upkeep of office operations, supplies, and equipment.
- Responsible for general administrative matters, including inbound phone calls & mails & transferring to the relevant personnel if needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of reception area.
- Assist in running company events when necessary.
- Maintain a safe, tidy and healthy working environment.
- Booking of Meeting Room.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management.
**Requirements**:
- O’ level / Proven experience as FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST or relevant position.
- Good time management with the ability to prioritize work.
- Positive with a service-oriented attitude.
- Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping.
- Good team player.
- Process Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel and Word.
- Meticulous with attention to details and processes and proactive.
