Job ScopeThe Ministry of Manpower is looking for an exceptional person to work and grow with Co-Lab. Co-Lab is a multi-disciplinary team that creates human-centric and data-driven policies, with data analytics, design thinking and behavioural insights.You will be guiding MOM departments to scale up data-driven decisions in MOM through developing MOM officers' capabilities in future skills such as data management, analysis and visualisation and equipping MOM officers with collaterals, tools and information pertaining to proper data management.We are looking for a methodical, resourceful, and proactive individual who is passionate about learning and development, and trying out new ideas to improve outcomes for others. As a temp, you will assist the department in administrative, logístical, change management and learner support tasks, such as: - Liaising with internal and support training partners;
- Prepare course logistics and administration;
- Develop marketing and communication materials to publicise training programmes;
- Prepare learners with necessary software and tools;
- Evaluate course effectiveness and suggest areas for improvement;
- Communication skills (written and verbal)-Good grasp of digital communication tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Skype
- Sense of user-centricity, or keen to develop awareness
- Meticulous, keen to learn and try new things
- Technological aptitudes-Comfortable with the use of technology
