**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with stakeholders (internal and external) to gather and document business requirements.
- Act as POC and build strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring expectations are managed and aligned throughout the project.
- Analyse business processes, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Develop user stories, use cases, and functional requirements for development teams.
- Conduct impact assessments and feasibility studies for new initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, project managers, and product owners to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.
- Participate in agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

**Design Thinking**:

- Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to uncover user needs and define project scope.
- Lead the ideation, prototyping, and user testing phases to iterate and improve solutions.
- Develop empathy with end-users by conducting user research and gathering feedback through interviews, surveys, and usability testing.Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure designs meet both business requirements and user expectations.
- 2 - 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
- Proven experience working with **Design Thinking**methodologies in a business context.
- Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
- 1+ years of experience in QA testing, including manual testing, test case creation, and defect management.
- Strong understanding of business analysis tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of Design Thinking methodologies and user-centred design principles.
- Ability to gather and analyse complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Miro, FigJam or similar collaboration platforms is preferred. Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in writing test cases, creating test plans, and performing end-to-end testing.
