**Overview**:We are looking for a proactive Team Leader to manage daily shift operations of the 24/7 OCC Call Centre. The Team Leader will oversee the Customer Service Officers (CSOs), coordinate with the Fault Response Unit, and serve as the key point of contact for real-time fault updates, escalation, and stakeholder communication.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise a team of CSOs handling maintenance calls, fault logging, and task assignments.
- Monitor the CWMS and CFEMS systems for incoming alerts and ensure accurate fault data entry.
- Coordinate with on-ground Fault Response Units to ensure timely attendance and rectification.
- Escalate urgent issues to the LTA and internal engineers in accordance with protocols.
- Lead the shift handover process and ensure accurate information transition.
- Assist in the preparation of shift reports, daily summaries, and audit records.
- Act as a Public Relations liaison when receiving calls from stakeholders, residents, or authorities.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or higher education qualification preferred.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a call centre, public service, or field operations environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Familiarity with CWMS/CFEMS systems or related fault-logging tools is advantageous.
- Ability to work in rotating shifts (including nights/weekends).
- Proficient in English (spoken and written); additional local languages/dialects is a bonus.
