You will join us as a full time colleague. Together with the existing team of 9, you will be an important part of the core team to partake in the process of decision-making while implementing your ideas and exploring business opportunities.

**Get to know the Role**:
For you to learn more about the business, you will be involved in operations of the business, treasury and accounting. We will show you the ropes.

Typical daily activities:

- Speaking with the banks to get an overview of the financial markets
- Gather information on suitable investments for the treasury
- Assisting in the Company's treasury operations (e.g., cash flow forecasting, loans rollovers, term deposits, riskier investments, etc)
- Assist in monthly closing of AP/ AR
- Raise tax invoice and credit notes
- Full set of accounts
- Preparing payments in a timely manner, and in accordance with the Company's policies
- Monitor and follow up on long overdue debts with relevant parties
- Assist to entering receipt into system
- Prepare Aging Report
- In charge of petty cash
- Any other ad-hoc administrative work
- Operational matters
- Office working environment

**The must haves**:

- Possess good communications and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and external parties such as the banks
- Has a keen eye for detail and ability to work under mínimal supervision
- Accounting knowledge
- Must be computer-literate and proficient in MS Office and have hands-on experience with accounting software
- Analytical mind and great with numbers
- Willingness to assist in operational matters

**Optional, but nice to have**:

- At least 1 year working experience in a treasury set up
- Fresh graduates will be considered too.

**Work Environment**:
Working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm
