Role Overview

As a Life Science Intern, you will support the operational teams in launching our immune cell banking platform. You will gain hands-on experience in cell processing, cryopreservation, quality control, and market analysis while contributing to real-world product development.

Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Management:

- Aid in the approval process for marketing materials, ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations (e.g., pharmaceutical, medical device, data privacy).
- Digital Marketing Support:

- Help manage and update company social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Tiktok, etc.) with engaging content relevant to the life science audience.
- Support search engine optimization (SEO) efforts by conducting keyword research and assisting with website content optimization.
- Gain exposure to digital advertising platforms and analytics tools.
- Market Research & Analysis:

- Conduct research on market trends, competitive landscapes, customer needs, and industry developments within the life science sector.
- Support data collection and analysis to track marketing campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in generating insights from market data to inform marketing strategies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Liaise with internal teams such as sales, product development and regulatory affairs to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners as needed.
- Administrative Support:

- Perform general administrative tasks to support the department, including maintaining databases, organizing files, and preparing reports.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong interest in the life science, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, organized, and possesses a strong willingness to learn.
