**Roles & Responsibilities**

We’re looking for a dedicated **Registered Nurse** to support surgery listings and patient care in our outpatient Specialist Eye Clinic. You'll help coordinate pre-op assessments, assist during procedures, and ensure smooth communication between patients, doctors, and surgical teams. If you enjoy both hands-on care and behind-the-scenes coordination, this role is for you.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Coordinate pre-operative assessments, surgery listings, and OT bookings.
- Liaise with doctors, patients, and operating theatre teams to ensure smooth surgery arrangements.
- Ensure all surgical listing documents are complete and accurate.
- Manage appointment reminders and follow-ups for surgery cases.
- Assist doctors during consultations and minor procedures.
- Perform basic clinical assessments and instill eye drops as required.
- Educate patients on medication use, post-procedure instructions, and surgery preparation.
- Provide first aid or emergency response support within the clinic as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Support front desk operations: phone calls, patient flow, billing, and appointment scheduling.
- Manage inventory and liaise with all clinic branches to ensure adequate stock of medications and consumables.
- Ensure emergency drug kits are stocked and within expiry.
- Participate in mobile screening events and community outreach when required.

**Requirements**:

- Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) license.
- Experience in clinic or outpatient surgical settings preferred.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Comfortable with both clinical and administrative duties.
- Passion for patient care and a team-first attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,800.00 per month
