Act as the first point of contact and trusted advisor for our prospects and customers to convert membership packages, identify cross-sell or up-sell opportunities.
- Responsible for managing all vendor relationships to ensure smooth running of the event and conceptualisation of event.
- This will also include doing business development to marketing managers and B2B audience to create awareness of the Future Grail events space
- Driving pipeline and revenue across all income models at Future Grail (Memberships, Events, Watch Sales, Direct Investment into Future Grails alternate asset fund)
- Manage key customer relationships for all pre-sales and post-sales activitiesProactive business development to follow up on contacts generated from networking events and at Future Grail itself
- Accountable for customer success and satisfaction
- Develop high quality pipeline, create leads and follow up to generate revenue. Expectation is to have 3.5x pipeline coverage to meet and exceed revenue generation targets
- Meet or exceed set quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Job may require business travel 1-2 times per year
- Reporting directly into the CEO and COO
