Content and Creative Marketing

As a small team, you will work closely with the core team of the brand and your work will have a direct impact on the growth of the brand.

We are looking for a marketing and creative who can help us to support the overall content strategy across social media channels and bring them to life through brand campaigns and more.

**About this position**:

- Based in Singapore
- Minimum 3 months commitment period (Applicants with longer commitment period will be prioritized)
- Opportunity to convert to full time
- Office Location: Paya Lebar/ Eunos (Central East)

**What you'll be in charge of**:

- Create engaging visual content (photos, videos, etc) and styling flat lays
- Develop and execute a strong content calendar for our social media platforms
- Design and create graphic assets for all marketing efforts
- Maintain a consistent approach and high level of creativity across all assets
- Brainstorm, shoot, and edit short-form creative videos for Reels/ TikTok
- Edit photoshoot images including basic retouching with precision and paying attention to other product details such as correction of colors, flaws, and creases
- Research and evaluate current trends, and present new and fresh ways to approach and execute social content
- Monitor and evaluate campaign progress and submit performance reports using various metrics
- Seek collaborations with influencers, brands, and media outreach, and maintain relationships to ensure collaboration in promotional activities
- Assist in planning and executing shoots and events
- Responsible for the growth of our social media platforms
- Administrative support and any ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- A keen eye for aesthetics and product styling
- Strong multi-tasking skill
- A strong interest in fashion
- Proficient in graphic design software (i.e. Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Illustrator)
- Proficient in video editing software (either Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere Pro)
- Videography and post-editing skill
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking
- Great project management skills
- Familiar with various ads platforms (i.e. Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and SEO
- Copywriting

**Plus points if you are**:

- Prior experience in creative design and marketing work
- Eloquent and comfortable in front of and behind the camera
- Familiar with the local fashion scene and social media trends
- Familiar with TikTok and Reels
- Experience in handling DSLR cameras, lighting, and equipment
