**Job Overview**:
We are growing our family at DesignTinkers, and seeking a fun and creative individual who enjoys interacting with children in make-and-build activities around Design & Architecture.
- To assist in facilitating a lesson and care of a class of children age between 7-14 yrs old according to the company’s policies, guidelines and program curriculum.
- To guide, motivate and monitor children in carrying their activity/task in class.
- To build positive connection and rapport with children during the class and encourage children to take pride in their own work and environment
- To assist in ensuring a safe class environment for children.
- To assist in all aspects of classroom management e.g. Care of equipment, craft materials to be sorted and accessible, set-up of classroom and take-down at end of class and to maintain a tidy, well organized classroom.
- To respect and value each child's social, cultural, religious and family backgrounds and by example, provide mutual respect and tolerance.
- Perform other related duties during class hours as required.
- To follow assigned work shifts of the company.

**Required Skills**:

- Passionate, independent and able to handle children with patience
- Interest in craft, make-and-build activities, and training on the job.

**Working Hours**:0900 to 1600h, Monday to Friday.
