**Your future plans**

This is an exciting opportunity for a true number cruncher to join us as one of the leading trading houses in Singapore. The role holder will be responsible for leading and managing the regional payroll and benefits delivery for RWE Supply & Trading’s entities in the Asia Pacific region, which encompasses 6 existing countries (Singapore, Australia, China, Japan, Indonesia and India).
- Manage payroll processing for all countries in the region, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments to employees
- Liaise closely with external payroll vendors and Finance for payroll processing
- Support year-end salary and bonus administration process
- Responsible for reviewing and administering of employee benefits programs such as group insurances, leave benefits, healthcare & wellness, etc
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to payroll and benefits
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base on payroll, social security and benefits for each jurisdiction
- Advise stakeholders and employees on payroll and benefits-related queries and policies
- Handle audit and reporting requests including but not limited to statutory and any other external and internal requests
- Take ownership in continuous identification and development of process efficiency solutions

**Your powerful skills**
- Degree in Finance, HR, Business or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR operations, payroll management, audit, within a shared services or HR service provider setting
- Good knowledge of payroll-related regulations, tax laws and employment standards in the APAC region
- Able to read and write Chinese in order to handle China payroll matter
- Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong numerical capability and proficiency in Excel
- Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage
- Excellent interpersonal skills and understanding of confidentiality & integrity
