**Logistics 9 Pte Ltd**:
We are a off-shore logistics firm based in Singapore, and we are looking for an accounts clerk/staff who has strong skills in accounting to join our growing organization. In this position, you will be tasked to support the director and our team to engage in accountant roles such as Profit Loss checking, HR, Book keeping, Payments, openning receipts, Credit/Debit notes and so forth.

Start date: Immediate

Location: Farrer Park MRT D8

Work days: Monday - Wednesday - Friday (3 times per week)

Work Timing: 9 hours per day - Total 108 Hours Per Month

Position Type: Part Time - Permanent Roll

Job Description : We are looking for someone dynamic to take on accounting role in our fast growing organization. The job requires to be meticulous, detailed and organised; Passionate with numbers and can work as a team player to meet reporting deadlines.

**Role and Responsibilities**:
1 - Daily updating of bank ledger for all bank accounts (excel) - Book keeping

2 - Downloading / Scanning and filing of all bank statements

3 - Downloading / Scanning and filing of all necessary recurring bill transfers / online payments

3 - Downloading / Scanning and filing of all receipts, bills and petty cash vouchers

4 - Client statements creation and update of accounts

5 - Creation and issuance of Credit / Debit notes when required

6 - Bills and receipt Transfer Setup and Payments

7 - Factory Payment Setup and Transfers

9 - Salary & CPF Payment Transfer Setup / Local and International payments

10 - Handling of Petty cash and daily expenses

11 - Monitoring Inward payments and Telegraphic Transfers

12 - Monitor upcoming payment requests from China Office to facilitate in timely payments

13 - Invoice and Profit table creation as well as issuance to Clients

14 - Tallying of China office accounts and outward payments

15 - Keeping track of and nullifying all deposits paid by China team

16 - Cross checking of China accounts / statements / profit loss per order

17 - Keeping track of director company expenses - ensuring payback to director in timely manner end of each month

18 - Any other such daily / general accounting tasks

**Qualification and skills**:
Accounting education Required

Experience with QuickBook/Xero/MYOB.. and so forth

Excellent with numbers

Familiar with Microsoft office and Google docs
