As we prepare for our opening in Q4 2025, we seek a **Marketing Executive** to drive brand awareness and engagement, ensuring our hotel’s distinct identity shines in the competitive hospitality landscape.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with Marriott International’s standards while showcasing Varel Singapore’s unique brand identity.
- Lead pre-opening marketing initiatives, ensuring a strong brand presence before launch.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create compelling campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
- Manage content creation, social media engagement, and public relations efforts to enhance visibility.
- Analyze market trends and competitor positioning to refine marketing strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or Mass Communications preferred, with experience in a 4-5 star hotel, preferably in a pre-opening environment.
- Strong understanding of Marriott International standards and compliance requirements, ensuring adherence to brand and operational guidelines.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale hotel operations (250-300 rooms, multiple F&B outlets), demonstrating strategic thinking and adaptability in a dynamic hospitality setting.
- Creative thinker, able to develop innovative marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and guest engagement.
- Exceptional communication skills, fostering collaboration across diverse teams, including internal departments, vendors, and external partners.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent writing and presentation skills, with a portfolio showcasing successful campaigns, content development, and brand storytelling.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and experience in content creation, social asset design, and video editing to enhance digital marketing initiatives.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, with an ability to track trends, optimize algorithms, and engage audiences effectively.
- Professional and brand-conscious, representing the hotel positively in interactions with media, guests, management, suppliers, and staff while driving brand positioning strategies**.**

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
