Working Schedule: 6 Days work week. Able to work on Weekends & Pub Holiday

We are currently seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team as Service Crew. If you have a passion for providing excellent customer service, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in F&B or retail, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take orders and serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
- Provide recommendations on menu items and answer customer inquiries
- Ensure a clean and organized dining area, including table set-ups and cleanliness
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues or complaints efficiently
- Collaborate with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth operations
- Upsell and promote special offers and promotions to customers

**Requirements**:

- 6 days work week. Happy to work on weekends and public holidays
- Comfortable working with Durians, the KING of FRUITS
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in F&B or retail, preferably in a customer-facing role
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service
