Our client is a major distribution group involved in the storage ,delivery and supply of marine lubricating oil in Singapore. Currently, they are hiring for a Senior HR Administrator to support the HR task for the team.

Reporting to: Manager

【What will you be working on】
- General administrative support of the HR function including interview scheduling, general recruitment assistance, benefits administration and document management;
- Collaborate with multiple internal departments on HR related needs;
- Responsible for full recruitment cycle which includes HR administration, staff recruitment & retention, and employee welfare.
- Payroll process (including computation of monthly payroll, annual leave and MC records for all employees) and payout (upload payroll details to payroll software and the bank for payment)
- Administer medical, insurance claims and other related claims
- Preparation of statutory submission such as CPF and IRAS
- Design and develop internal HR policy in support of the Company’s goals and operations requirements
- Manage performance appraisal system and drives high performance
- Provide advice to department managers and bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances and other issues
- Liaise with government bodies for HR function, (MOM, IRAS etc)
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirement**:
【What they're looking for】
- At least 6 years experience in HR related role and possess good knowledge of labor law and HR practice
- Able to work independently and as well as manage a team (Around 1-2 members)
- Prior experience working in a Japanese company and understanding the culture
- Proficient in Japanese language is added advantage, to liaise smoothly with native counterparts
- Good command of English and Mandarin as this role requires to liaise frequently with native Mandarin speaking counterparts

8:30 ~ 17:30
