The Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) is pivotal in developing and executing HR strategies that align with this mission. These strategies specifically focus on succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation to cultivate a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workforce that drives our ESG objectives and overall business success.
**_Responsibilities _**:
- Help design organizational governance, organizational design, and create/implement a high-performing global culture.
- Establish and implement HR efforts that effectively communicate and support the company's mission and strategic vision.
- Develop HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of overall business objectives.
- Ensure HR policies comply with labor laws and financial regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
- Function as a strategic business advisor to executive/senior management on key organizational and management issues.

**_Education and Experience: _**
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field is required; a master’s degree in these fields is highly preferred.
- A minimum of 20 years of progressive HR experience is required, including at least 5 years in a senior executive leadership role with responsibility for leading international HR functions.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing HR strategies for global organizations, including experience with international expansion, mergers, and acquisitions, is preferred.
- Proven experience aligning HR strategy with business objectives, a strong understanding of governance, sustainability, and ethics; and experience in organizational needs assessments, strategic HR planning, and execution.
- Extensive experience in building and leading high-performing HR teams across diverse locations; demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and stakeholders; and a strong track record of managing complex HR projects to deliver results.
- Deep knowledge of international labor laws, regulations, and best practices; experience in developing global compensation, benefits, mobility, and international assignment frameworks; and ability to navigate diverse cultural landscapes and foster inclusive global workforces.
