- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Analyze market data and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of market development initiatives.
- Drive business development efforts to secure partnerships, distribution channels, and market entry opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and proposals to senior management outlining market expansion plans, progress, and results.
- Coordinate market launch activities, including product introductions, promotional campaigns, and sales initiatives.
- Continuously evaluate market expansion strategies and tactics to optimize performance and maximize ROI.
- Qualifications:
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 10 years’ market research experience.
- Proven experience in market development, business development, or strategic marketing roles.
- Strong understanding of market research methodologies, competitive analysis, and market segmentation.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative market expansion strategies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in Mandarin Chinese preferred for roles targeting the Chinese market.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
