**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- You will work to turn ideas into concepts for game production
- Create documents and communicate specifications and visual benchmarks to support the game’s artistic vision to both internal and external artists.
- Work to specific briefs to provide the 2D artists with enough conceptual work to inform their work.
- Provide accurate time estimates for tasks and meet production deadlines.
- Be responsible to conceptualise the marketing materials to communicate the artistic vision to stakeholders

**Experience And Qualifications**
- BA degree in art media, graphic design, or equivalent relevant experience.
- 3+ years of relevant experience at a Mobile/videogame development studio
- Create a concept and iterate on ideas across all aspects of the brief
- High levels of aesthetic ability, judgment, and eye for detail
- Skills across all concept disciplines in particular figurative, environment, and object work
- Strong portfolio demonstrating your refined Concept art and illustration skills for game assets, BG, and UI
- Adapt your style and technique to suit the requirements of mobile game development.
- Strong understanding of composition, color, lighting, and perspective
- Know how to work effectively within a team and with technical parameters.
- Have a passion for the game industry and an understanding of market trends and styles.
- Can work well under pressure, able to work on multiple projects in parallel.
- An experienced user of Adobe products like Photoshop. Illustrator etc.
