The incumbent plays a vital role in supporting the Alumni Relations team to engage, cultivate, and maintain relationships with the alumni community of LKCMedicine. The role encompasses various administrative, communication, and event coordination responsibilities to enhance alumni engagement and foster a sense of belonging among graduates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date alumni records and contact information in the database to ensure the confidentiality and security of alumni data in compliance with data protection regulations.
- Provide logístical support including planning, coordinating, and executing alumni events.
- Collaborate with the stakeholders to identify, recruit, and engage alumni volunteers for events, mentorship programs, and other initiatives, and assist in developing strategies to enhance alumni involvement and participation.
- Collaborate with the team and assist in creating engaging content for the alumni website, social media platforms, and other communication channels.
- Generate reports on alumni engagement metrics, event attendance, and feedback for assessment and improvement, and provide insights to help refine strategies and tailor initiatives to meet alumni interests.
- Respond to alumni inquiries, requests, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Provide general administrative support to the Alumni Relations team as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, marketing, business administration or its equivalent.
- Familiarity with alumni relations or event coordination is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Possess customer service orientation, interpersonal skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and database management tools.

This is a 3 months temporary appointment.
