Our client is a world-leading hospitality group seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Buyer to join their team. As a Junior Buyer, you will be responsible for sourcing products and services for their hotels and resorts while ensuring that procurement processes are efficient, cost-effective, and compliant with company policies and procedures.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct research to identify potential suppliers and vendors for various products and services required by the company, including food and beverage, housekeeping supplies, and other operational materials.
- Evaluate potential suppliers and vendors based on quality, pricing, delivery times, and other factors.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers and vendors, ensuring that they meet the company's standards and requirements.
- Collaborate with various departments within the company to understand their procurement needs and requirements.
- Track and analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities, including contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as all relevant laws and regulations.
