Marketing Coordinator

We're seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our small team at IM Gardenmart and Spirulina Haven. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone interested in marketing to gain valuable experience in a collaborative and supportive environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in collecting data and insights on customer behavior and market trends to inform the marketing strategy.
- Aid in creating social media content and basic graphics consistent with our branding guidelines.
- Help organize marketing materials and ensure they are up to date, aligning with our brand identity.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, such as scheduling meetings, maintaining files, and coordinating with external vendors.
- Learn how to track and analyze marketing performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Contribute to the development of the marketing plan and branding strategies, collaborating closely with the marketing manager.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential risks for our brands.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in marketing preferred.
- Genuine interest in marketing and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a small team environment.
- Enthusiasm and willingness to take on new challenges.
