About the Team
Total rewards are powerful tools for furthering the company's strategic goals. A robust compensation, benefits, and performance strategy influences the organization's ability to attract and retain the best talent while creating a strong alignment of individuals' interests with the organization's strategic goals. The Performance & Incentive team works on many tough but interesting problems. Whether it is developing new world-class compensation policies, diving deep into market research, analyzing big data, and benchmarking. This intern will remotely support the Performance & Incentive teams based in AMS & EMEA.
**Responsibilities**:
- Compensation and Benefits research: conduct market research, information collection, data analysis, etc., for global top Internet companies;
- Participate in the design and improvement of policies related to compensation and benefits;
- Operation support: implementation of salary and benefits policies, operation support, including philosophy promotion, data maintenance, etc.;
- Support other projects related to Performance & Incentive.
- Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or above in Human Resources, Business Management, Management Information Systems, or related fields.
- Strong logical thinking skills, data collection and analysis skills, quick understanding, quick learning, good at finding and solving problems;
- Ability to analyze data - process large sets of data to consolidate stakeholder updates.
- Highly proficient and excellent communication skills in English and one Asian language to be able to support stakeholders based overseas
- Available for 3-6 months continuously, 3-5 days per week
