We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **Delivery Lead. Capital Market and Trading.**

**Principal Responsibilities**

In this role you will
- Drive project delivery proactively, balancing scope, schedule, interdependencies, budget and risks
- Assisting business stakeholders with the decomposition of complex business requirements
- Manage the delivery of complex customer experience enhancements from design through to release by collaborating with diverse stakeholders
- Empower teams to collaborate and make effective decisions promoting adaptive planning, evolutionary development, early delivery and continuous improvement
- Ensure risks and issues are identified, managed closely and remove project blockers from the team
- Lead in various governance forums, discuss, support and communicate with key stakeholders on project progress, delivery plan, risks, issues, escalations and proposals
- Drive all stakeholders to deliver on time and to the required quality standards and making key decisions to ensure the successful implementation of all initiative
- Contribute to post implementation reviews to demonstrate success and progress of projects

**Qualifications**

To be successful you will need
- Knowledge of Wealth Products (Stocks, Bonds, Structured Products, and FX) and related trade flows and project delivery experience
- Strong experience of managing and implementing complex changes in banking environments
- Sound judgmental skills to identify and resolve problems
- Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective change process
- Effective communication, inter-personal and negotiating skills
- Excellent decision making and problem-solving ability
