The Partners Group Financial Analyst Program is a unique opportunity for recent university graduates with top credentials to launch an exciting and challenging career with a world-leading private markets investment manager.

Start your career in Partners Group with a 4-week structured global training program, aimed at helping you build your financial and analytical skills with fellow analysts across Europe and the Americas, before rotating through our investment teams.

Throughout this comprehensive multi-year program, you will have the opportunity to work across a wide range of industries and geographies to gain end-to-end exposure in each step of a private market investment - from sourcing and due diligence to asset management.
