**Roles & Responsibilities**
- The Helmsman/Steersman is responsible for ferrying work personnel and work equipment from work jetty to work area in Singapore.
- Overall in-charge of boat with general housekeeping, upkeep condition and seaworthiness.
- Port Limit Steersman Certificate (Valid Manning Licence from MPA).
- Minimum three years of ferry boat experience in harbour boat.
