**Job Description**:
Administer and maintain RHEL Unix environments, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Manage Red Hat Satellite Server for patch management and configuration.
- Use Ansible Tower for automation of routine tasks and complex deployments.
- Implement and maintain system hardening guidelines to ensure security compliance.
- Regularly update and patch systems to protect against vulnerabilities.
- Respond to and resolve system incidents and issues, ensuring mínimal downtime.
- Manage system changes in a controlled manner, adhering to change management protocols.
- Provide on-call support on a rotation basis, responding to critical issues outside of regular business hours as needed.
- Assist other tracks in managing and troubleshooting Linux/Unix systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support overall IT infrastructure.
- Maintain accurate documentation for system configurations, changes, and procedures.
- Prepare reports on system performance, incidents, and maintenance activities.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a RHEL Unix Administrator.
- Strong experience with Ansible Tower and Red Hat Satellite Server.
- Proficient in Unix/Linux system hardening and security best practices.
- Experience in incident and change management.
