Job Title: Lead Trainer (Coding & Robotics Enrichment)

We are a fast-growing enrichment education company dedicated to equipping the next generation with essential digital skills. Through our engaging coding, robotics, and STEM programs, we nurture problem solvers, creative thinkers, and confident tech creators. We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Lead Trainer to oversee teaching quality, drive curriculum development, support student competition journeys, and engage meaningfully with parents.

Key Responsibilities

Parental Engagement and Student Consultations
- Work with centre managers to conduct student assessments and recommend learning pathways
- Engage with parents to provide meaningful and timely feedback on student progress
- Support centre teams in managing parent relationships and addressing concerns

Training and Teaching Quality Control
- Ensure instructors deliver high-quality, constructive feedback to students and parents
- Lead regular training sessions to improve instructional quality across all centres
- Interview, onboard, and mentor new instructors to maintain consistent teaching standards
- Review instructor performance and curriculum delivery to identify areas for enhancement
- Collect parent feedback to guide continuous improvement of teaching practices

Student Development and Competitions
- Identify students for competition opportunities and guide their preparation
- Collaborate with centre managers to support students throughout their competition journey
- Plan and oversee competition-related classes, schedules, and sales strategies
- Conduct research to strengthen and innovate competition curriculum

Curriculum Development and Innovation
- Research and integrate new EdTech tools to enrich student learning experiences
- Develop and refine lesson plans for students aged 4 and above, including for workshops and holiday camps
- Pilot and improve new curriculum through real-time teaching and feedback collection

Class and Manpower Management
- Coordinate class schedules and instructor assignments across multiple centres
- Ensure effective manpower allocation for internal programs and external projects

Skills and Qualifications
- Strong passion for digital education and youth empowerment
- Willingness to learn and stay updated on the latest in coding and tech education
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Background in software development, mobile app creation, or hardware programming is an advantage
- Proficiency in at least one programming language
- Experience in teaching, tutoring, or training others is essential
- Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, driven, and focused on achieving results

Pay: $4,500.00 - $5,500.00 per month
