Assistant Public Relations Officer

**(A) Specific**:
- Prepare and distribute circulars to inform residents and stakeholders of upcoming or ongoing work activities in nearby areas.
- Conduct survey on condition of flats.
- Implementing and coordinating public relations initiatives aligned with project objectives, including advance notices, updates, and information dissemination.
- Monitors and tracks public feedback, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of all complaints.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with residents, businesses, and other stakeholders, including arranging site visits to address concerns.
- Support the department in various duties and perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors.
**(B) General**:
- Coordinate and work with other departments and vendors as well as relevant authorities.
- Maintain proper documents and filing according to Client’s requirement.
- Other duties as assigned.
**(C) Safety**:
- Be aware of Occupational Health and Safety Policy.
- Follow the Company safety procedures, rules and regulations.
- Eliminate or reduce hazard at the work place.
**Job Requirements**
**(A) Education, Qualifications & Special Training**:
- GCE ‘O’ Level and above
- Job holders without the above qualification but with relevant experience would be considered.
**(B) Knowledge & Skills**:
- A good team player and willing to be stationed at the site office.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written).
- PC literate and knowledge in MS Office.
- Positive and good working attitude, self-motivated and able to work independently.
**(C) Experience**:
Preferably to have working experience on past HDB projects or experience in Building
Construction Industry.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
