Job Requirments

a) Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent from Singapore Polytechnic or other tertiary institutions of equivalent

standing;
b) Registered as Resident Technical Officer with BCA/IES/ACES; and

c) At least 5 years of site supervision experience as a Resident Technical Officer.

d) National Certificate on Construction Supervision from BCA Academy or equivalent.

e) Technically strong, able to review design details, and method statements and use sound judgment to resolve site issues during the course of construction works;
f) Conversant with local building codes and regulations, authority requirements, and practices;
g) Attended mínimally 1 safety course & demonstrate safety acumen to highlight potential safety infringements/unsafe practices on site;
h) demonstrate maturity and ability to manage a team of Site Supervisors (for SRE, RE, and RA);
i) possible good communication and interpersonal skills, and able to work as a team player;
j) diligent, methodical, meticulous, and willing to work overtime; and

k) keen learner and supportive of digitalization efforts in projects.
