**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Administration support to SCIS Postgraduate Research programmes
- Manage student matriculation requirements.
- Monitor students’ academic progress at different stages.
- Students’ course enrolment related requests and academic term course scheduling.
- Process Postgraduate Research related billings and payments.
- Process students’ travel requests for approvals and reimbursement.
- Support events, seminars and exams for SCIS Postgraduate Research Programmes.
- Any other Postgraduate Research programmes related responsibilities as assigned by the Reporting Officer and Programme Director.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Degree in any discipline with at least 3 years’ work experience
- Highly self-motivated individual who is mature, independent and adaptive
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
- A strong team player with strong interpersonal & communication skills (in verbal and writing)
- Prior working experience in the similar industry would be advantageous
- Able to work well under pressure
