**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Lead day-to-day planning and execution of all installation and maintenance/service activities
- Provide training and guidance to team members during project rollouts and on new technologies
- Assist in the development of fellow technicians through mentorship and skill-building
- Participate in hardware customization and modification to meet project goals and customer expectations
- Conduct measurements and site surveys to evaluate the feasibility of equipment installation on vehicles
- Assist in coordinating and managing installation schedules
- Set up new products, and perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs during installation and testing
- Conduct in-house hardware testing and provide training when necessary
- Monitor device performance and conduct field testing post-installation
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to work performed
- Hold a valid Class 3 Driver's License
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Management

**Requirements**:

- Relevant technical background or working experience in a related field
- Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on technical knowledge
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Willingness to travel and perform on-site fieldwork

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,200.00 - $4,800.00 per month
