**Overall purpose of the role**:
The key focus of Application Project Manager is to ensure the successful execution of large strategic autonomous mobile robot projects in collaboration with both external and internal stakeholders. The task is to master all aspects of the project management cycle, and always ensure on-time and on-budget milestones and to enable generation of additional sales.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Responsible for strategic projects (projects and customers with large sales potential).
- Help customers and partners optimize their design in the early stage of the project, in close coordination with Sales, customer, partner and the Application Team.
- Define success criteria together with the customer and carry out project documentation.
- Prepare project plans and schedules, risk assessments and business cases.
- Deal with project risks, assess them in advance and seek proper support within the organization.
- Schedule periodic meetings for alignment and coordination and be the first point of contact for internal stakeholders, end customers and partners.
- Lead and facilitate the projects and daily coordinate across the organization and ensure progress in accordance to plans, management and reporting of risks.

**Professional competences - “need to have”**:

- Min 5 years of experience from a similar position in automation, robotics and/or other production industry/department.
- Engineering degree in the field of automation, robotics, mechatronics, software development.
- Project management experience in automation, robotics, or similar.
- Ability to manage expectations of all stakeholders and negotiate successful course forward.

**Professional competences - “nice to have”**:

- Business qualification is seen as an added advantage.
