**The Role**:As our Junior Marketing Associate, you will work closely with our core team and play a key role in our overall marketing efforts both online and offline, from developing and executing creative digital marketing strategies to driving business growth by establishing valuable partnerships. This role is perfect for someone who is creative, self-driven, ambitious, has a strong grasp of marketing practices, and possesses excellent relationship-building skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the team to develop a comprehensive marketing strategy (both online and offline) and adjust the strategy as we grow.
- Manage and enhance our social media presence across various platforms (Instagram, Youtube, TikTok, etc.): develop monthly social media calendar, create engaging and brand-aligned content (images and videos), and assist to manage influencer collaborations.
- Work with the team to develop creative ideas for campaigns.
- Provide support to expand our brand partnerships.
- Plan and coordinate our physical marketing events.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance and insights.

**What We're Looking For**:

- A creative mind with a strong eye for aesthetics
- Bachelor or Diploma’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Management or a related field.
- Excellent graphic design and video editing skills and strong proficiency in relevant tools, including the Adobe Suite (mainly Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects), Canva, CapCut, etc.
- Savvy with various social media platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building and maintaining business relationships.
- Ability to multitask and take on various responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player who is eager to learn, adapt, and grow with our brand.
