RWEST is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Global Human Resources division as an Early Talent & Development Manager. This role will be based in Singapore. Our Graduate Programmes at RWEST are designed to accelerate the development and readiness of our early career talent into our talent pipeline through rotational experiences and focused development. Additionally, our vision for this role is someone who can build the learning & development programs locally.
This position plays a vital role in strengthening our ambitions to grow our talent locally, both by further developing our graduate programmes but also by supporting our internal employees by providing leadership support structures and ensuring our great culture can scale as we grow and evolve. The individual will be part of the two global CoE teams Global Talent Attraction, Recruiting & Early Careers and People & Organisational Development.
Global Talent Attraction, Recruiting & Early Careers
- Manage the entire Early Talent lifecycle from attraction till offboarding for JAPAC
- Cover the end-to-end recruitment for all Early Talent Hiring for JAPAC including running assessments and onboarding for all local graduates
- Partner with the Employer Reputation Team to ensure innovative attraction campaigns are activated (virtually and in-person where applicable) to drive awareness and attractiveness of RWEST as a destination employer of choice.
- Increase on-campus activities and raise awareness on social media postings among student and alumni
- Educate business stakeholders on Early Talent proposition strategies and lead harmonization of Early Talent programs in the region - aligning to global frameworks and supporting business priorities.
- Support local hiring activities and partner with the global recruiting CoE to implement best practice hiring - acting as guardian of culture and provide continuous improvement feedback
- Supporting the team on varying other team-internal initiatives on an ad-hoc basis
HR People & Organisational Development
- Strategic and operational responsibility for HR People & Organisational Development projects including professional stakeholder management with focus on our locations in JAPAC
- Designing, facilitating and evaluating target group specific development programmes, team-building sessions, learning formats and off-sites with focus on our locations in APAC
- Managing individual development requests and the respective portfolio and providing individual consultation for staff and management on personal development measures with focus on our locations in JAPAC
- Liaising with local, external training suppliers in APAC while ensuring our RWEST training quality standards are met
- Steering and managing our development portfolio and driving state of the art learning methodologies and tools with focus on our locations in JAPAC
- Supporting the team on varying other HR People & Organisational Development initiatives on an ad-hoc basis
**Your powerful skills**
- University degree or equivalent, preferably in HR or Business
- Demonstrated track record in developing early talent pipelines and talent development, preferably in the JAPAC region
- Experienced in development practice incl. managing and designing a training portfolio, training delivery, facilitation skills, consulting and change management experience
- Ability to communicate with all levels including management and external parties, being able to build strong and sustainable relationships
- Strong program management, change management and organizational skills
- Assessment, recruitment and interviewing experience
- Thrives in a fast paced, matrixed, ambiguous environment and has the ability to manage changing priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Confident self-starter with excellent networking skills and strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English, Chinese and / or Japanese
