**JOB OVERVIEW**
The Customer Service Representative is a critical member of the New Power Worldwide Customer Service team and is responsible for providing customer service support to external customer, suppliers, and sales support to our internal Sales team. Your focus is to ensure that all sales support activities are well-coordinated and achieving customers’ and suppliers’ satisfaction through good customer service.
**JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible to liaise with customers and suppliers on all order fulfilment related issues.
- Identify and highlight any potential discrepancies or delivery shortfall in the open-order report to the respective sales personnel.
- Build, maintain good relationship with our customers and suppliers.
- Coordinate and support all sales related activities.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Sales VP
**JOB REQUIREMENT(S)**
- Minimum a Diploma in any discipline
- Some years of experience in as a Customer Service representative in the similar capacity is highly preferred.

**Salary**: $2,700.00 - $3,000.00 per month
