We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Executive to support our client's team in managing staff donations and other fundraising activities. This **1-year contract role **involves **ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and reconciliation of donations.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the main point of contact between the Advancement Office and HQ Finance for all donation and fundraising matters, particularly overseeing the staff donation process.
- Prepare and analyze regular reports to provide a clear overview of staff donations across the company.
- Coordinate with HR, Payroll, Shared Services, Finance, and the Advancement Office to ensure the smooth operation of the staff donation process.
- Monitor reports, resolve any discrepancies, and address issues related to staff donations by liaising with relevant parties.
- Work closely with team members and stakeholders to streamline the donation process and improve efficiency.
- Assist in gathering data for reports such as annual reports, donor progress updates, and publications.
- Support any other ad-hoc projects related to company charities or fundraising activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of administrative experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
