**Responsibilities**:

- Development and implementation of security policies, standards and procedures
- Drive Governance, Risk and Compliance processes, to automate and continuously monitor information security controls, exceptions, risks and testing.
- Develop and implement frameworks for incident handling management, vulnerability management, scans, patching, and other related processes
- Drive security education and awareness programme
- Building cyber Threat Intelligence management through the development of Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) methodologies and processes for threat analysis and dissemination of intelligence reports and vulnerability management services to enhance the Cyber defence capabilities.
- Designing and establishing the cyber Threat Intelligence strategy and direction. Manage cybersecurity reviews of the organization and proposing recommendations to top executives regarding vulnerability management. This includes establishing processes and procedures, making use of technology tools to conduct reviews, and closing identified gaps to mitigate the risks and threats.
- Informing Business leadership and IT operational teams regarding the threat landscape, trending actor TTPs, active and developing campaigns. This includes collaborating with internal stakeholders to collect and formulate intelligence requirements for key activities and related risks.
- Leveraging cyber intelligence expertise to the incident response team to mitigate ongoing incidents. Providing support to the Security Operation Centre during incident response and threat hunting activities that include threat modelling, cyber threat analysis support, research, indicators of compromise (IoCs) and recommending relevant remediation and mitigation.
- Leveraging cyber Threat Intelligence to enhance vulnerability management in identifying and prioritising vulnerabilities to be addressed for IT operations.
- Providing oversight on the entire Intelligence cycle to deliver actionable insights for informational advantages or driving organisational changes. This includes the domains of physical and cyber security, insider threats, governance, risk and compliance, reputation protection and crisis communications.
- Understanding of the latest emerging cyber threats to provide awareness to business leadership team on changes to the cyber threat landscape. This includes writing Cyber Intelligence reports and threat advisories for senior business stakeholders on evolving threats and highlight existing risk mitigations that are in place to minimise the risk and propose new measures required to close threatening gaps.

**Requirements**:

- At least 10 years of experience in Cyber Risk, Compliance and Vulnerability management
- Proven track record in vulnerability management and patch frameworks
- Knowledgeable in data collection, acquisition techniques and deriving credible intelligence using analytics tools
- Knowledgeable in Cyber Threat Intelligence frameworks like Mitre ATT&CK, Cyber Kill Chain, Diamond Model and able to develop relevant threat models

Preferred Skills:

- B.S. degree in Computer Science or a related technical degree
- Strong strategy, process, policy development and excellent report writing skills
- High level of communication and social skills
- Ability to multi-task in very high stress situations
- Experience in cyber incident response management will be of added advantage
- Professional accreditation such as CISSP, CISA, GCIA or GCIH will be of added advantage
