An opportunity now exists for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our client, a growing experiential agency in Singapore.
In this role, you will play a key role in driving the growth of the company by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the MICE industry.

**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the MICE sector.
- Developing and nurturing strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored event solutions.
- Leading the proposals and pitch presentations.
- Work hand in hand with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery of events.
- Present business strategies and innovative event solutions to senior-level clients.
- Knowledgeable on industry trends, competitor activities and market conditions to identify new business prospects.
- Achieving sales and revenue targets contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
- Manage the full sales cycle starting from prospecting and proposal development to contract negotiation and closing deals.
**Your profile**:
- At least 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the MICE industry or related sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client portfolios.
- Strong understanding of the MICE industry and a network of contacts within the sector.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
