**About the Opportunity**

Job Responsibilities
- Performing Accounts Receivable and Payables functions.
- Provide accounting assistance in month-end closing of accounts.
- Perform credit card reconciliation, verify discrepancies and communicate with related stakeholders to resolve any issues.
- Responsible for invoicing and accounting of intercompany transactions.
- Respond to customer, and/or management inquires, including queries from external auditors.
- Prepare refunds with proper documentation.
- Work with external auditor/tax agents for audit and corporate tax matters.
- Assist with other finance-related projects.
- Perform administrative and other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant educational qualifications in Finance / Accounting or related major
- Strong administration skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly motivated with a desire to learn
- Able to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel

**Exposure and opportunity**
- Involvement in external audit with Big Four audit firms
- Involvement in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) migration project
