Associate Site Reliability Engineer

**Responsibilities**:
With our strong business growth globally, Tencent Cloud International Service and Technical Support Center is now looking for an **Associate SRE **to join our fast growing cloud business in Singapore. He/she will be groomed and trained to become an independent cloud system engineer managing a variety of complex systems at scale, including systems that administer hyperscale datacenters and public cloud, content distribution networks (CDNs) and load balancers etc.
- Work closely with our customers and services support teams to troubleshoot and analyze production problems as well as providing effective preventive solutions.
- Inspect and maintain our monitoring metrics; identify hidden issues and work with backend engineers to resolve them accordingly.
- Daily operation tasks includes service release, setting of monitoring metrics, etc.
- Analyse production problems and optimize the service to improve its availability.
- Own and improve the scalability and reliability of our services products. Advocate for DevOps and SRE culture and best practices in cross-functional teams.
**Requirements**:
- Recent bachelor’s degree graduates in computing related majors
- Strong interest in developing a technical operations career in cloud services.
- Prior cloud SRE experiences with a strong understanding on administering hyperscale datacenters and public cloud, content distribution networks (CDNs) and load balancers would be required.
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills
- Possesses strong sensibility for technology
- Ability to solve customer-related problems in a positive manner
- Knowledge of Cloud, CDN, SaaS industry and internet space
