**What You Will Do**:

- Forecast short and long term material requirement based on S&OP/ MRP from master planner.
- Perform material consumption modelling in collaboration with the Engineering/ R&D teams
- Plan and release of purchase requisition based on planning parameter to ensure material availability at optimum inventory levels.
- Experience in E&O management. Plan and minimize exposure of E&O material.
- Manage demand exceptions and excursion to ensure smooth production run, through coordination across the operations team
- Joint effort with purchasing team to liaise with supplier in topic of capacity planning, delivery performance, PCN and other material supply related matter.
- Collaborate with both technical and commercial teams to achieve best material utilization - adapting to current business requirements
- Participate actively in continuous improvement programs and take initiative to enhance material planning process.
- Publish critical material/inventory KPIs and reports.
- Master data maintenance in the ERP system.

**What You Will Bring (REQUIRED Qualifications)**:

- Planning background either in Material or Supply Planning. Used to quick changing demand signals and able to adapt plans to changes.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in manufacturing/semiconductor environment.
- Sound knowledge in how to manage inventory and E&O (Expiry and Obsolescence).
- Possess some business acumen and able to do cost-benefit, ROI scenario and convince stakeholder using data.
- Able to lead cross-functional teams to achieve success in projects. Leverage of expertise from other teams to achieve successful results.
- Evidence of independent and can-do attitude.
- Provide coaching, guiding & training to junior planner.
- Proficient in MM module in SAP.
- Able to work independently and make sound decision based on data. Strong analytical skill in data analysis and reporting.
- Team player with strong customer orientation.

Supply Chain Management/ Industrial Engineering or any related discipline.
