
Warehouse Admin Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
- 1. Receive daily delivery orders from sales department and sort according to delivery dates & delivery teams.
2. Input daily delivery orders into a summary spreadsheet
3. Plan the delivery team routing and update delivery schedule
4. Coordinate with sales department for the pick list to be printed and passed to warehouse team.
5. Record all the orders received and ensure there is no missing delivery instructions
6. Consolidate all returned delivery orders from the delivery team and scan into company digital management system
7. Report to the Warehouse Operations Co-ordinator & carried out any other miscellaneous tasks if required
**Requirements**:
- 1 or 2 years Customer Service experience
- 1 or 2 years Schedules Planning experience is advantage
- SAP experience is advantage.
- Can perform O.T as & when required.
- 1 or 2 years Order Fulfilment is preferred.
- Sec 4 or above education
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Responsible, willing to learn; with good working attitude.
