At the minimum, you must:
Currently be working in Singapore
have a SFA hygiene cert
at least 2 years experience in a well known bakery or patisserie
know how to make buns, brioche
know how to produce sponge cakes
know how to prepare different types of dessert topping cream.
**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $2,200.00 per month
