**Role**

In addition, he/she will work closely with relevant teams to develop global strategic partnerships related to ESG, tech & data, or trade & investment domain areas, and to communicate and report on key global initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**
- Track, monitor and provide assessment of ESG, tech & data, as well as trade & investment-related policy issues and their implications to SHEIN’s business interests
- Support the development of recommendations to senior management and relevant internal teams on strategies to manage public policy risks and enhance SHEIN’s public positioning on ESG, tech and data, and trade and investment-related issues
- Support the development of strategic partnerships with key global stakeholders (e.g. non-governmental and international organisations, industry associations, government officials and regulators, other industry and business organisations), with a primary focus on social impact and ESG projects
- Plan and manage engagements with relevant stakeholders pertaining to ESG, tech & data, as well as trade & investment issues, including the preparation of briefing notes/presentations for senior management
- Support the development of programmes/initiatives in support of the company’s public policy positioning and profiling

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Degree in International Relations, Political Science, Global Studies, Law, Economics or related field
- At least 4 years of working experience in government relations or public policy relevant to ESG, tech and data, or trade and investment domain areas. Prior ESG or sustainability policy/strategy experience will be an advantage
- Experience in public policy research, analysis, strategy and advocacy work within a government agency or corporate will be advantageous
- Keen interest in ESG and social impact projects, with the ability to translate high-level objectives into practical outcomes
- Strong analytical, presentation (written and oral) and project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and have exceptional attention to detail while operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
